The rope is used to attach the bottom of the net to the mat of the trampoline. You will need to weave the rope through the bottom of the net and through the V-Rings of the mat. There is no need to thread the rope through each hole of the net, or every V-ring of the mat. You do however have to make sure that the attachment is taut.
