Otherwise, we’re happy to accept the return for 30 days after purchase. You can begin the return process online by filling out a form at machrus.co.uk/return or exchange process online by filling out a form at machrus.co.uk/exchange You can always reach out to our support team for assistance via email, phone or chat. When you complete the online form or speak to our support team, you’ll get a Return Merchandise Authorization number, or RMA#.
Please put that number clearly on the product so we can quickly process your return.
Please understand that we cannot be responsible for cost to ship the items back to Machrus Brands, and initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for sending the item back to us. We do not provide return labels for returns.
Once you ship the item back to us, please provide us with the tracking information to help monitor the return and issue the refund in a timely manner.
Items must be in new condition. If the product shows marks of previous deterioration or use, we will not be able to provide a refund for the order.

Shipment from you to our warehouse is on us. We will provide you with a return shipping label free of charge. (US Exchanges Only.)
To ensure a quick exchange, we ask that the exchange be shipped back within 10 days of receiving your shipping label.
As soon as we receive the item and it is in satisfactory condition, we will contact you to start the exchange process. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NEW SHIPPING CHARGE AND ANY PRICE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE PRODUCTS.
Outgoing shipping costs are determined by the part size, weight, and distance from the fulfilling warehouse.
We cannot issue a credit where the new replacement part has a lower cost then the original part that you sent us.
Double check to make sure you are requesting the correct replacement item, since we will only exchange your item once. If you need to exchange again, a prepaid return label will not be provided.
Additionally, we cannot provide a refund for items that have been exchanged. We will only be able to provide you with Machrus.com credit.
